Art Show 2025 Friday 17 - Sunday 19 October The NPCC Art Show is a non-profit event that unites groups who have an interest in celebrating art, and diversity.

The Noble Park Community Centre Art Show is a one-of-a-kind, community run art exhibition held annually at the Noble Park Community Centre (NPCC). The show offers the local community a unique opportunity to display their work in a relaxed and professional setting where many artists may be first time exhibitors. We are lucky to be able to support artists through a range of prizes, with a major $500

The Max Bartlett Award is a long-standing prize of our show, established after Max’s passing in recognition of the contribution he made to the show and the artistic community.

Today, the Max Bartlett Award recognises the best non-traditional artwork, an artwork that may not fit neatly into another category, or that demonstrates an unusual or diverse approach to artistic expression. It’s a celebration of artists who think outside the box and demonstrate that great art doesn’t always fit into a standard label.

Artworks may include mixed media, pastel, aerosol, experimental techniques, or other works that challenge traditional categories.

In many ways, this award reflects the spirit of creativity and individuality that makes community art shows so special, giving artists the opportunity to be recognised for work that doesn't necessarily fit within the usual boundaries.

Entries close on Monday 5 October 2026. Enter via https://www.npccartshow.org/our-show/enter

Creating civic life and democracy 05/07/2026

Our Place in Democracy: Community Voices Through Art was launched on 3 July at Noble Park Community Centre (NPCC) with state MPs Shaun Leane and Ann-Marie Hermans.

The project brought together local artists of diverse ages and cultural backgrounds in creative workshops and conversations with MPs.

They explored how individuals can contribute to positive local change, take part in civic life and how art can inspire dialogue, connection and a stronger sense of belonging.

Join us for a special exhibition commemorating ANZAC Day, one of Australia’s most important days of national remembrance. Each year on 25 April, we pause to honour the courage, service, and sacrifice of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps, and all Australians who have served in conflicts, wars, and peacekeeping operations.

This exhibition features a moving photographic collection of veteran portraits and service images by Olympian and racing cyclist Kathryn Watt, capturing the human stories behind the medals and marches.
We are proud to feature Quilts of Valour Australia, handcrafted quilts that honour and comfort our veterans, and to have Bendigo Bank sponsoring the event with Noble Park RSL supporting, alongside all local RSLs joining in.

Come and reflect with us as we pay tribute to the past, acknowledge the present, and express our thanks to all who have served.
