Two projects, one team!

Most people think Projectvision Australia is either:
• a Project Manager
• a Builder
• or an Architect

But sometimes the real story is when all three come together.

Right now we are delivering two very different projects concurrently, with a combined construction value approaching $30 million.

Our involvement has spanned from:
Development feasibility → concept design → approvals → detailed documentation → construction delivery.

Working alongside a trusted group of engineers, consultants and subcontractors whom we collaborate with regularly.

The two projects could not be more different.

One is a donation-funded community facility, where construction is now revealing the final form of the building envelope.

The other is an industrial development on a steeply sloping site, where careful design unlocked significantly more usable floor area than the client originally anticipated.

1 INTEGRATED team delivering both.
1 idea: seeing possibility in a site and carrying it to completion.

These projects also arrive at an interesting milestone for us. This year marks 25 years since Amitav Goswami and Branko Poljak started Projectvision together.

Over that time our role in projects has gradually expanded — from advising, to designing, to increasingly shaping and delivering developments from the very beginning.


We are a small team, but together with our clients and collaborators we have been fortunate to deliver projects that have had a real impact over the years.

Projects are never delivered by individuals; they are delivered by trusted teams working closely together.

We started this journey together 25 years ago, not knowing exactly where it would lead.

Over time we built a business, but more importantly we built a partnership, a team, and lifelong friendships along the way.

And as we look ahead to the next chapter, one thing remains certain.

We started this journey together and we intend to finish it the same way. As partners who, over time, became brothers.

Celebrating the 800th KFC in Australia!

Projectvision proudly congratulates Greenfields Development Company and Southern Restaurants on the grand opening of the 800th KFC in Australia, marking the 94th location for the Southern Restaurant franchisee.

The opening day was perfect, with clear skies and a festive atmosphere. The first 800 customers enjoyed free meals and drinks, a traditional Welcome to Country ceremony with a smoke ritual, music, singing and an exciting fast car display.

Projectvision is honoured to have been able to provide project management services for this milestone event. We extend our gratitude to GDC for entrusting us with this development. The successful delivery was a collaborative effort involving GDC (Developer), Southern Restaurants (KFC Tenant), Projectvision (Project Manager), Form 4 Architects, and RPM (Builder).

This project was developed as a syndicate buying the land and construction done at cost plus.

The development returned 40%.

This was the first Duplex project undertaken by Projectvision - as development manager, architect & builder.

The project has made it to the HIA Finalist.

The Euro Garages FuelCo (EG) story continues with its latest current generation NTI, now open in Baringa, Queensland. Within just a day of opening, Stockland reported “receiving very positive feedback from the community” regarding the site's debut. The site already boasts an Oporto, with plans for an additional Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) in the future.

Projectvision played a crucial role in this project, providing both architectural and project management services. The delivery team comprised EG Australia (Developer), Projectvision (Project Manager and Architect), and Aspect (Builder).

Damian Donoghue, EGF National Construction Manager, expressed his satisfaction with the project's ex*****on: "Branko and Phill, I have to say that the way this job has run gives me great encouragement for how our next upcoming NTI Project will run. You guys really know how to deliver these things in the most efficient way possible."

We extend our sincere gratitude to the Perich Family for entrusting Projectvision to again facilitate the tenancy delivery in their latest Shopping Centre Project. The Collaboration of Greenfield Development Company, Anmeri Projects, Mainbrace, Scott Carver, Titanium, and Projectvision successfully launched the next phase of the Oran Park Shopping Centre in March resulting in nearly 60 new tenancies.
In our Tenancy Delivery role, Projectvision played a pivotal part, and we want to express special appreciation to Cimme Lim for her unwavering dedication and infectious positivity throughout the process. Additionally, we extend our thanks to Branko Poljak for his determination, structured approach, and problem-solving skills.
While this journey continues, with several more tenancies either in progress or set to commence shortly, we find great pleasure in reconnecting with familiar faces from our past collaboration on the Narellan Town Centre project. We extend our best wishes to all involved.

Last year Woolworths and Primary Connect engaged Projectvision to help them upgrade there existing Sydney Liquor Distribution Centre at Erskine Park. We helped them upgrade their amenities and their existing dated weighbridge. Whilst this sounds simple it took months of planning and stakeholder engagement to ensure the weighbridge upgrade would not throttle their operations given its criticality at the entry/exit to a very busy site.

Like most projects, unexpected finds and last year’s horrendous weather caused issues, but we all got through it. In the end the client was very happy with the result.

Now we are back! Automating the gatehouse, with all new challenges, and looking forward to working with the team again. Thanks to the team at Woolworths Non-Retail Property as well as Primary Connect on site and Mainbrace.
