Our program is revolutionary within the fitness industry and incorporates power lifting, olympic lifting, gymnastics, mobilisation, high intensity interval training, conditioning and strongman exercises. Whether your aim is to target fat loss, gain muscle, increase strength, improve cardiovascular performance or mobility and postural correction our training programs cover it all. We have created a highly community based environment with lots of support and motivation! All programming is intricately tailored for our members, it is unique to our centre and very effective in its delivery. The class structure begins with a warm-up, mobilisation, progression and strength work, this is then followed by a metabolic conditioning component or WOD (workout of the day). We encourage a cool-down period post-workout and offer individual advice and accessory work as well. There is a strong emphasis on technique and safety in all classes to prevent injury and achieve maximum enjoyment by participants. Our coaches have many years experience in the fitness industry, they are all highly qualified and successful athletes in their individual fields which include CrossFit, Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting and Martial Arts. They have created a great community environment and will make you feel welcome and a part of the XFC Powerhouse team!
