A considered response to a steeply sloping site, Corby House maximises space, light and amenity. North-facing living spaces and expansive views create a sense of grandeur, complemented by a plunge pool, flexible workspaces, private retreat and theatre.

//Small House
Located in Brunswick, this home responds to the neighbourhood’s rich industrial history through a considered palette of natural, rustic and tactile materials.
Recycled brick floors and walls are paired with crisp white metal cladding, while birch plywood and polished concrete add warmth, texture and depth throughout the interiors.
A refined material palette that celebrates both the raw character and contemporary spirit of Brunswick.

//Tree House
Tree House was designed to feel at home in its surroundings. By retaining the existing vegetation, the house sits naturally within the streetscape- making a statement without overpowering it.
Passive design principles were central to the project, and achieving this required a shared commitment between our team and the clients.
Rather than trying to maximise every square metre, we focused on creating spaces that genuinely suit the way the residents live - thoughtful, comfortable and made for everyday life.

//Terracotta House
Terracotta House brings personality to the street with its bold terracotta cladding, perfectly paired with black timber and metal for a look that's equal parts warm and striking.
A generous street frontage gave us the chance to open the home up with large windows, creating a stronger connection to the neighbourhood while capturing beautiful distant views.
Bold, welcoming, and full of character—just the way we like it.

Designed to adapt over time, the house balances comfort, passive performance, and a quiet connection to landscape. Existing native vegetation shapes the project as much as the architecture itself.
