Boston Shaker Bar is looking for experienced hospitality staff who can start immediately.

We need people who are available on Friday and Saturday evenings non-negotiable and some flexible weeknight availability. We have:

Casual shifts

Rockstar shifts for highly experienced candidates

Short-term work for anyone passing through who wants a few weeks of weekend shifts

A full-time position for the right applicant

Hospitality experience is a must. The most important requirement is that you can start straight away and you have enough skills to take orders and work the floor or bar making cocktails without requiring extensive training.

🍸 ROCKSTAR BARTENDER / HOSPO GUN WANTED

We’re looking for someone with TONNES of hospo experience who can step behind the bar or onto the floor and just… GO.

No hand-holding. No learning how to carry three plates. No explaining what good service looks like. 😂

You can make cocktails, work a busy floor, read a room, talk to customers and jump in at a moment’s notice when we need an extra set of very capable hands.

This could be perfect for an ex-hospo legend who’s moved on from the industry but occasionally misses the buzz and wants a quick hospo fix — without committing to ongoing weekly shifts.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has serious cocktail/bar and/or floor experience
• Can confidently step into a busy service
• Loves people and genuinely understands hospitality
• Is happy to be contacted for occasional shifts when we need backup
• Doesn’t need or want a regular roster

Think of it as being our hospo emergency hotline. 🚨🍸

Great rates, great venue, great customers — come in, smash out a shift, get your hospo fix and then disappear back into your normal life.
