Having joined the firm as a graduate and steadily developing his career to be appointed as a Director in 2013, Kristian has played an important role in the continued growth and evolution of our business. Throughout this journey, he has remained committed to delivering practical advice, building lasting client relationships and fostering a culture where both our people and our clients can thrive.

Kristian leads by example, combining professionalism with humility and a genuine commitment to supporting those around him. His steady leadership, dedication to our clients and investment in our team have helped shape hmh into the business it is today.

Today, we are delighted to announce the appointment of Victor Fallon as a Director of hmh Advisory.

Victor joined our firm more than a decade ago and has consistently demonstrated the qualities that define our business. As a Financial Adviser he is deeply invested in the success of his clients, taking the time to understand what matters most to them and providing thoughtful, personalised advice that helps them achieve their financial goals. The trust he has built with clients over the years is a reflection of the genuine care Victor brings to every relationship.

Just as importantly, Victor has grown alongside hmh. Throughout his journey, he has embraced every opportunity to develop his expertise, support his colleagues and contribute to the culture of our firm. From Paraplanner to Financial Adviser, Associate Director and now Director, this appointment recognises not only his professional achievements, but also the values he lives every day.

This week, we are proud to celebrate an incredible milestone as Senior Accountant, Debbie Di Battista, marks 20 years of dedicated service.

Debbie joined hmh Advisory through the 2010 merger with CHN Nutbean & Associates and has been a trusted adviser to a broad range of small business clients. Her knowledge, experience and genuine commitment to building long-term relationships have made Debbie an invaluable part of both our accounting division and the wider hmh team.

Over the past two decades, Debbie has helped countless clients navigate the challenges and opportunities of running a business, earning their trust through her practical advice, professionalism and consistent support.

For two decades, Justin has been a trusted adviser to clients, providing practical guidance, strategic thinking, and a steady hand through changing financial landscapes. His ability to build long-term relationships and truly understand what matters most to his clients has earned the respect of both the families he advises and the colleagues he works alongside.

Throughout his time at hmh, as a member of the leadership team, Justin has contributed not only to the growth of our business, but also to the strong culture of trust, collaboration, and client care that sits at the heart of what we do.
