A taste of Sunbury, shaped by the cool-climate landscape of Marnong Estate.
Our Single Vineyard Shiraz is savoury, peppery and beautifully refined, with layers of dark fruit, Davidson plum and spice.

Best enjoyed where it was made.

Today, Marnong’s youngest chefs took over the kitchen.

Guided by Chef Lucio, they mixed, kneaded and stretched their dough before adding the final touches to pizzas made entirely by hand. There was flour everywhere, plenty of concentration and more than a few proud smiles when their creations were ready.

It was a wonderful morning of learning, making and tasting at Marnong Estate — and a reminder that some of the best school holiday memories begin around a table.
