Team Member Wanted (Part-Time/ Full Time)

Position: Team Member - Gardener
Work Schedule: 3-5 Days a Week
Location: Mernda and surrounding areas

Jordan’s Gardening Service are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoors, have a keen eye for detail, and take pride in your work, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn mowing, edging, and general garden maintenance tasks.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard within scheduled timeframes.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while interacting with clients.
• Use and maintain equipment as trained.

Requirements:

• Own Vehicle: Must have reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
• Fluency in English: Ability to understand and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic and dependability are essential.
• Punctuality: Ability to consistently start shifts on time.
• Physical Fitness: Capable of performing physically demanding tasks.
• Prior experience preferred but not necessary—training will be provided.
