A huge shout out to Caren his amazing foster carer who nurtured Brax through his treatment journey with all her tender loving care ♥️

Now living the absolute dream Brax will be adopted by his current carer Beth in the very near future.♥️

At 7 years old, Arnold came to VBTR needing a new place to call home.

This handsome little mini bull had plenty going for him — he loved people, enjoyed his walks, travelled beautifully in the car, adored a game of fetch and was happiest simply being close to his family. 🥰

What Arnold really needed was a home that understood him, appreciated his quirks, and would give him the chance to settle in and show just how much love he had to give.

Enter Mario, Charmaine and Franky. 💞

It didn’t take long for Arnold to make himself completely at home — and even less time to make himself completely indispensable.

These days Arnold can usually be found snoozing on the couch with his head in Franky’s lap 📱🐶, curled up beside Mario while he works on his motorbikes 🏍️, or soaking up every bit of love and affection 💕 Charmaine can possibly give him.

He takes his three daily walks very seriously, is equally serious about dinner being served on time 😂, and most of all just wants to be wherever his people are.

And somewhere along the way, “foster” quietly became family. ❤️

📝 In Mario’s words:

“Charmaine absolutely adores him, Franky has built a very special bond with him, and he just loves spending time with us all.

When I got the call asking whether we would like to adopt Arnold, immediately I said yes. It couldn’t have come at a better time — Charmaine’s birthday was coming up, and I knew it would be the best birthday present she could ever wish for.”

💗 MEET HEIDI 💗

At 3½ years old, Heidi is a beautiful Bull Terrier girl looking for a home where she can be close to her people — because being part of the family is exactly where she wants to be. 🥰

Heidi loves a snuggle and is happiest spending time with her humans. She’s currently working on her crate training and is getting really good at spending time home alone 🌟 She has had a lot of change in a short period of time though, so she needs a home where someone is around more often than not initially, while she settles in and continues building that confidence.

🏡 Heidi is looking for:

👧 an adult only home (or children 12+) who understand she needs calm interactions — Heidi can become overstimulated and a little rough when play gets animated or exciting.

🐾 No other dogs or pets — Heidi needs to be your one and only.

🌿 A calm, settled household where she can be included as part of the family.

🏠 Someone home more often than not while she continues building her confidence being left alone.

🎓 Someone committed to continuing her training and helping her build on the great progress she’s already making.

🔒 Secure fencing and a safe, loving environment.

🙏🏼 Please keep our gorgeous little minibull Brax in your thoughts and prayers today, as he undergoes a lifesaving cancer treatment for two Mast cell tumours located on his genitalia 🥺
These tumours were discovered only minutes prior to desex (which was then postponed).

The “Stelfonta” treatment he is receiving, is an injection that goes directly into the tumours under sedation, where it gets to work immediately to destroy the cancer cells and cut off the blood supply to the tumours.
In 3 to 7 days the tumour tissue dies, blackens and falls away 😳
The open wound then heals on its own within 4/6 weeks.

🙌🏻♥️ We have been advised that this will be a complete cure and Brax will go on to live a full and healthy life.

Brax also recently had a very extensive & expensive dental and will still need desexing once healed.
So as you can imagine, his medical tab is soaring! 🫣
