After starting out in accounting, Amanda quickly realised her true passion and joined a local builder. A move to Mackay proved pivotal, where her work running a building comparison business led to an offer to join Fergus Builders. 14 years on, Amanda’s drive has seen her rise through the ranks to become Residential Manager, streamlining business practices, gaining peers’ and clients’ trust, and mentoring and empowering other women, all while studying full-time.
