During National Reconciliation Week, Kirinari teams hosted events across Albury, Orange, Broken Hill and the Mid North Coast, bringing people together to reflect on the importance of reconciliation and our shared responsibility in creating meaningful change.
Inspired by this year's theme, 'All In', the week provided an opportunity to listen, learn and deepen our understanding of the histories, cultures and experiences of First Nations peoples.

National Reconciliation Week is a reminder that reconciliation requires action, not just acknowledgement.
This year’s theme, All In, calls on all Australians to play a part in building stronger relationships, deeper understanding and lasting change alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.
At Kirinari, we know this work is ongoing. It’s about listening, learning, reflecting and continuing to show up with purpose in the communities where we live and work.
Because reconciliation will not happen on its own. It takes all of us.

Jarrod recently caught his very first legal sized cod, measuring an impressive 60cm at the Mitta River! Alongside his support worker Brian, Jarrod enjoys spending time fishing, relaxing in nature, and making great memories outdoors.
