I’ve been pondering how to give advice about exercising when it’s hard. When your body feels like it doesn’t want to and motivation is low. I haven’t got all the answers. It can feel like the mountain is very high. You can only do what you can do. Be kind to yourself.

That’s my rehab and laugh tank filled for the day. Tuesday work fun to brighten this winter day. Bloopers had to be shared.

Not all rehab needs to be boring. Credit to Anna for bringing joy to this winter Tuesday. Also, I finished chemo last week so this week feels like the start of freedom.
