Our Sydney South West team recently delivered the Workforce Ready Women training program, supporting participants on an empowering journey towards employment.

Through engaging and supportive training, the women developed employability skills, strengthened their job search strategies, and built confidence, motivation and goal-setting skills.

Participants also completed the Populi Solutions MATS program and took part in a styling session with Dress for Success, helping them feel confident, interview-ready and prepared for the next step in their employment journey.

The program highlights the power of tailored support in helping women build the skills and confidence needed to achieve their career goals.

If you're looking to build your confidence, develop new skills and move closer to your employment goals, MatchWorks is here to help.
