πβ¨ Celebrating Book Week! β¨π
What a wonderful way to celebrate Book Week with an inspiring author visit from award-winning author Zeno Sworder! ππ
Our students were captivated as Zeno shared the stories and experiences that inspired his journey as an author. The students were highly engaged throughout the session and even had the opportunity to begin planning their very own books alongside Zeno! βοΈπ
We were so impressed by the many thoughtful and creative questions our students asked. The session finished with a very special autograph signing, with Zeno personally signing and dedicating his books for some students! π
A truly memorable Book Week experience that has inspired our young readers and budding authors to dream, create and tell their own stories! ππ

π± Student Voice, Leadership & Sustainability! π
Today, our Student Leadership Team consisting of our Junior School Council and School Captains, had a unique opportunity to participate in a Student Leadership Climate Summit, alongside other student leaders from local Brimbank schools.
Facilitated by Brimbank Council and CERES, the day was all about empowering young people to make a difference! Our students worked collaboratively to action-plan a sustainability project for our school, whilst also building their leadership skills through workshops focused on effective communication, teamwork and leading with purpose.
Weβre incredibly proud of our student leaders for sharing their ideas, listening to others and embracing the opportunity to help shape a more sustainable future for our school and community. ππΏ They represented Movelle PS by demonstrating our school values throughout the day.
