We are a registered provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) seeking a reliable freelancer or virtual assistant to support our growing disability services business.
Role includes:
✔ General admin & email management
✔ Client scheduling & shift coordination
✔ Assistance with NDIS documentation & record management
✔ Social media content editing & posting
✔ Online promotion to attract new participants
Support Coordination Assistance:
• Liaising with participants, families, and service providers
• Assisting with service bookings and referrals
• Monitoring service delivery schedules
• Helping maintain participant service records and reports
• Supporting communication and follow-ups with stakeholders
✅ Experience in NDIS/disability sector preferred
✅ Suitable for remote & flexible work

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities? Proactive Care FNQ, a registered NDIS provider based in Cairns, is currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Support Coordinator to join our growing team.
🧩 About the Role:
As a Support Coordinator, you'll work closely with NDIS participants to help them understand and implement their NDIS plans, connect with services, and achieve their goals.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Experience in the disability, community or health sector
Strong understanding of the NDIS framework
Great communication & problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential)
