Today's mission: Wait for the NBN technician... and try not to lose our minds. 😅📡
We'll also be making a start on relocating stock to its new home at our Reservoir bakery as we get everything ready for opening.
The flour is excited, the pie tins are curious, and the yeast needs a little time to feng shui itself into its new fridge. 🍞✨
Every connection, every box moved and every little job completed brings us one step closer to opening our doors.

🥖 A New Chapter Begins...
After months of planning, hard work and more than a few hurdles, we're excited to share that Gibbs Family Bakehouse Reservoir is now around 90% locked in to open on Monday 20th.
There are still a couple of final boxes to tick, so we'll confirm the opening as soon as everything is officially signed off.
We can't wait to welcome you into our new bakery, where you'll find artisan breads, handcrafted pies, pastries and plenty of new ideas we've been working on behind the scenes.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us, encouraged us and stuck with us along the way. We truly couldn't have reached this point without you.

As we begin preparing for the exciting next chapter of Gibbs Family Bakehouse, we're starting the transition of stock and equipment to our new Reservoir bakery.
Today we'll have our full range of fresh bread available, however savoury products and pies will be unavailable while we begin that transition.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work behind the scenes to bring you an even better Gibbs Family Bakehouse.
The ovens are still on, the bread is still baking, and we can't wait to share what's coming next.
