Change from separate toilet and bathroom to one larger bathroom, removing two existing windows and adding one larger narrow window, addition of two niches and a recessed shaving cabinet.
In addition to the bathroom works extra works involved roof structure support framing, external wall reframe and brickwork.
Customer was extremely happy with the finished product.

Form base and erect shed supplied by customer.

Repaint customers office front picket fence, leaving the colours of his favorite AFL team intact. Supplied pool style latches for easier client access.

Remove damaged solid door due to previous installer not painting top and bottom of door.

Undertake repairs to damaged wall (panel was manufactured on site due to availability issues), remove damged french doors, skirting, architraves and old flooring. Install new sliding door, paint ceilings walls and newly installed architraves.
Level floors and install new laminate floating floors and new skirting.

Cleaning out of drains and treatment and pressure clean of sandstone and driveway.

Facelift to customers weathered front and driveway timber fences.

Installing fake screening to customers tennis court fence to aid in privacy.

Customer wanted to open up doorways, shorten walls and repair patches. Having them ready for sanding and painting by others.

Update on recent works;

Customers gutters were total full of sediment/weeds and plants. All gutters were cleaned and reattached to fascia. Stormwater was also found to be blocked with roots. Roots were removed (up to 25m up the pipes), pipes repaired where necessary and a service pit installed.
