The Introduction to an Advanced grading is always a bit of an eye opener, followed by the push of those moving through the brown belt grading. GOOD standard all round. We will push out initiative further to consolidate our kihon...forever!

A lot has happened since then. Bear has continued to train, teach and pressure-test his craft across multiple martial arts — and now we're bringing him back for All Things Arm Drags.
