National Skills Week celebrates the power of vocational education and training to build practical skills, confidence and meaningful careers.

Today, we proudly celebrate our incredible graduate, Cameron.

Cameron’s journey is a wonderful example of how vocational education can provide a clear pathway for continued learning and professional growth.

Beginning with the Certificate IV in Massage Therapy, Cameron continued through the Diploma of Remedial Massage before completing the Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy.

Throughout each stage of his studies, Cameron continued to expand his knowledge, strengthen his clinical skills and develop into the passionate and dedicated myotherapist he is today.

Cameron is now putting those skills into practice as a myotherapist at Myo Strength Performance in Preston, helping his clients reduce pain, improve their movement and enjoy a better quality of life.

Today, as part of our National Skills Week celebrations, MIMT proudly recognises our incredible graduate, Ketan.

Ketan’s journey from engineer to successful myotherapist is a powerful example of how vocational education and practical skills can open the door to a completely new and rewarding career.

Throughout his training, Ketan brought focus, discipline and precision to every skill he developed. The meticulous approach he once applied to engineering can now be seen in his clinical practice—particularly in his exceptional dry needling skills and the positive outcomes he achieves for clients experiencing musculoskeletal pain.

Ketan is now using his knowledge and expertise through his own business, Vitality Health and Performance, helping his clients reduce pain, improve movement and perform at their best.

Achieving all of this while balancing work and the responsibilities of a young family makes Ketan’s journey even more remarkable.

Today, we are incredibly proud to celebrate MIMT graduate Tani, founder of LYMPHE in Eltham.

From the moment Tani experienced the hands-on learning of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) during her studies at MIMT, she was captivated. She knew almost instantly that this was where her passion lay and that lymphatic therapy would become a major focus of her career.

And what an incredible impact she is already making.

Tani has taken that passion and developed it into LYMPHE, a successful specialist clinic with a strong focus on lymphatic health and client-centred care.

What makes us particularly proud is seeing Tani take the skills she first developed in the classroom and continue to build upon them through further learning, experience and dedication to her clients.

National Skills Week is an opportunity to celebrate the practical skills, knowledge and determination that turn a passion into a rewarding career.

Today, we are incredibly proud to celebrate MIMT graduate Dylan.

During his studies at MIMT, Dylan’s dedication to developing his knowledge and clinical skills saw him recognised with the Myotherapy Student Award.

Today, Dylan is a qualified Myotherapist running his own practice in Frankston, where he combines strong clinical reasoning with a genuinely client-focused approach to treatment.

Dylan has a particular interest in pain science, with myofascial release being one of his favourite and most frequently used treatment techniques. His ability to bring together his knowledge, practical skills and understanding of pain allows him to tailor his treatments to the individual needs of every client.

Dylan, we are so proud of the way you represent Myotherapy and the MIMT community. Watching you take the skills you developed during your studies and use them to build your own successful career is exactly what National Skills Week is all about.

As one of our youngest students, Keely stood out for her incredible determination, focus and commitment to developing her clinical skills. She completed both her Diploma of Remedial Massage and Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy at MIMT, embracing every opportunity to learn and grow along the way.

Now a qualified Myotherapist, Keely has turned those skills into a successful career and runs her own clinic, Kinetic Body Myotherapy, in Bundoora.

Keely demonstrates exceptional dry needling skills and achieves wonderful results for her clients. Her knowledge, professionalism and genuine care have earned her a well-deserved reputation as an amazing therapist.
