Check out this smart digital lock we installed yesterday. We converted this keyed commercial mortice lock seamlessly into keyless. Our client can now control access, come home and not worry about keys, with either a code, RFID card, fingerprint, Bluetooth and WiFi. Complete access control.

We just had to try this new product out. Introducing the Lockton Cadell commercial digital lock. It is very robust, has a great IP66 rating, is fire rated, exit door compliant and utilizes existing 1800 door furniture holes. The advantages of this is you can easily convert this back to a standard mechanical lock with no patching up. It has all modes of access, keypad, Bluetooth, WIFI capabilities, key override which can be matched to existing keys, fingerprint and RFID cards.

This was one of the toughest digital locks installations we’d had for a while . It was a trial and error fitting which the client was happy to try. The post was 25mm, barely enough space for the mortice lock, but we got it in. We then had to custom make some plates to pack out the digital lock and finally alter the post to allow it to latch and topped off with a blocker plate. The client didn’t want to think about locking the gate, we came up with the perfect solution. #

We transformed this customers gate yesterday. What a result! Matte black commercial grade mortice lock and handles complete with a custom blocker plate.
