🍔 Cheeseburger Scrolls 🍔

We have a burger makeover happening these school holidays and they are seriously giving burger heaven vibes. Topped off with a Big Mac inspired sauce these scrolls will be a huge hit ready just in time for lunch.

This class is going to be busy from start to finish, we will be making our own dough to represent the bun, cooking the burger filling and creating a sauce perfectly balanced of sweet, sour and creamy flavours.

Today I whipped up a batch just to make sure my recipe is on point and the feedback from my chief taste tester were “wow, they are light”, “these are delicious, can I have another one”, “love that they are easy to eat with one hand”
