Access Home Modifications

NDIS No 7 -2025 done and dusted. Lovely family to work with and very appreciative of the tax payer funding they have been blessed with . (:

One of our aged care conversions complete converting a separate toilet in a laundry to a shower room. Aged care funding works a little different to other agencies ( Its capped ) which means quite often the clients have to co contribute as they have on this one agreeing to complete the painting privately as well as the laundry modifications themselves.

Great to see the good weather back for the start of another NDIS Major Modification in Dungog. Its a decent size job, Bathroom Modifications , Upper level access ramp, lower level access ramp and car parking space.

NDIA No 4 /2025 Completed yesterday ready for the participant to move home from respite after 6 months. 4 Weeks start to finish (: BAL 29 and DA approved with a section 138 Certificate from boundary access to the street.

Hi Everyone , just to let you know we are shut down from Good Friday being the 18th of April and will return to work on Monday the 28th !! We are joining the majority and having an extended holiday!

NDIA Bathroom and Ramp No 4/2025. This one is well and truly underway with the bathroom being painted and ramp foundations installed, another week and the client can come home after living away in respite for 6 months.

Our New Lambton Heights NDIS job is ticking along nicely thanks to the good weather.Lift craned in and Roof on . Time for cladding and ready for the painters in a few days.

Another Job for ICARE completed last week on a rural property for an amputee with ongoing Home Modifications including an Access Path and widening of the door on the Rural shed. Oxide Colour Chosen by ( Client ) (:

Our NDIA external lift project is moving along quite well with the retaining wall and infill slab complete , old downstairs door bricked up and new second story door created, im sure the family will be excited to see the new lift craned in next Monday (:

Another Ramp and external widened door completed for NDIS today, Bathroom modifications starting straight after Easter.
