A group of Year 11 students, four staff and our two Kiribati students spend two weeks interacting with our friends in Kiribati. Last week Year 12 Physical Education students worked on plyometrics ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Plyometrics, often called “jump training,” are explosive exercises where muscles exert maximum force in short intervals. This training relies on the stretch-shortening cycle (SSC), allowing muscles to store elastic energy and release it rapidly.
