Tonight we arrive at the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Pisces.

This Full Moon offers a gentle invitation, not to search for another answer or work harder upon ourselves, but to notice what we may be ready to stop carrying.

We can hold so much without even realising it.

Old expectations.
Responsibilities that were never entirely ours.
Regret about choices we made when we knew less than we know now.
The hope that someone or something will finally change.
Even the pressure to keep becoming a better version of ourselves.

Sometimes compassion asks us to loosen our grip upon what has become too heavy to keep carrying and recognise the difference between what is ours to tend and what we can finally place back into the hands of life.

There is no particular way you need to experience this Full Moon or eclipse.

Perhaps simply allow yourself a quiet moment and ask:

What am I taking responsibility for that may not truly belong to me?

Where could I offer myself more compassion instead of more pressure?

And perhaps, when you are ready, quietly say:

I honour what I have carried.
I give thanks for what it has taught me.
And with tenderness, I allow myself to put down what I no longer need to hold.

Beautiful Soul, we do not have to carry everything simply because we have carried it for a long time.
