OH YES, OH YES, OH YES!
Tonight I got to catch up with my NUMBER 1 DJ OF ALL TIME… the one and only Carl Cox!
It’s been over 15 years since I last saw Carl play, so it was great to go backstage before his set, have a laugh about the old days and grab a quick selfie together!
I’ve been lucky enough to share the lineup with Carl quite a few times around Australia over the years, going right back to the early Rave days and the first time he played here at.the legendary BOOM party, when he was famously known as the 3-deck vinyl wizard for his incredible ability to mix three records at once!
So many great memories from those days, and it’s always nice to catch up with someone who’s been such a huge part of dance music history.
And tonight he certainly didn’t disappoint! Absolutely smashed the room in Sydney and reminded me why he’s always been my favourite DJ.
After all these years, he’s also still one of the nicest and most down-to-earth guys in the business.
🚨🔥 JUST OVER 4 MONTHS TO GO… AND OVER 60% OF TICKETS ALREADY SOLD for MUSIQUARIUM - The Club 🚨 Episode #6 with SOUTHEND (LIVE SHOW) 🔥🚨
🎧 DJ SPOTLIGHT: THE LEGENDARY PEEWEE FERRIS! 🎧
Sydney Ravers… THIS ONE IS SPECIAL! 🙌🏼❤️🔥
When we talk about the original DJ’s of Australia’s Rave and Dance Music scene, few names carry the weight of PEEWEE FERRIS! 🇦🇺🔥
A true pioneer, an internationally respected DJ and producer. A master behind the decks. And without doubt, THE DJ’S DJ! 💥
And for MUSIQUARIUM Episode #6, Peewee is doing something extra special… 👀
🪩 A 100% VINYL-ONLY SET!
After years away from playing vinyl-only sets, Peewee is returning to the format that helped define an era! No CDJs. No shortcuts. Just the man, the records and that unmistakable oldschool Rave energy! 🙏🏼🎶
But here’s another piece of Rave history that makes this one even more special…
🏆 PEEWEE FERRIS REMIXED SOUTHEND & NIK FISH’S ‘THE WINNER IS… 2000’!
Released in celebration of the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, Peewee put his own stamp on one of Australia’s iconic dance anthems, connecting three names that helped shape our scene! 🇦🇺🔥
And the Olympic connection goes even deeper… Peewee also composed music for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games Opening and Closing Ceremonies! An extraordinary achievement for an artist whose roots run deep in Australian dance music history. 🏅🎶
Now imagine bringing that history together under one roof…
❤️ SOUTHEND performing LIVE for the first time in over 20 YEARS!

MUSIQUARIUM — WHERE THE OLD SCHOOL NEVER GETS OLD! 🔥🙏🏼🎶
🔥 BONUS SET IN THE PITT ST CLASSICS ROOM! 🔥
Another highlight from SUBLIME REUNION 2026 — dropping the NIK FISH & JUMPING JACK REMIX of ‘THE WINNER IS’, my track with SOUTHEND! 🙌💥
Just like last time, this room went OFF BIGTIME! Absolutely loved playing those tunes and feeling that energy coming straight back from the dancefloor! ❤️🖤
Those OLDSCHOOL PITT ST BACKROOM VIBES… still something special! 🔥
🔥 SUBLIME REUNION… THAT WAS SOMETHING ELSE! 🔥
Three nights this year celebrating 30 YEARS OF SUBLIME — and stepping back into the MAIN VOODOO ROOM for the finale gave me goosebumps! ❤️🖤
After two phenomenal events, we had to finish with a bang… so I went FULL THROTTLE! 💥
That room holds so many memories. Sublime @ Home in the 2000 era was pure dancefloor energy — massive tunes, hands in the air and a crowd that kept you pushing harder. Friday night, I wanted to bring every bit of that feeling back! 🙌🔥
Seeing familiar faces out there, losing it to those tunes all over again… THAT’S what made this night so special.
Big love to everyone who danced with us across all three celebrations. You helped bring some of the best club days of our lives back! ❤️🖤
30 YEARS OF SUBLIME.
ONE HELL OF A FINAL FRIDAY NIGHT! 🔥
