Annie's Detours
I offer deep listening skills coupled with a strong intuitive sense which guides our sessions together. I incorporate story, journalling, dream work, dance.
Sessions are online but in person sessions can be organised. art and relaxation practices. Treat yourself to some timeout from the daily demands of life where you can be listened to, nurtured with loving touch and reinvigorated to return to your life and its challenges. I use a multi dimensional approach which includes counselling, relaxation massage, lomi lomi, reflexology and card readings. The aim is to create a greater sense of relaxation to activate your own inner healing.

Detours of thought
Atm I find it easier to tune out from the world news but this came at me today and if true then it saddens me. People with faith in a higher power being stomped on and made to follow the faith of those who stomp on them. Makes no sense in terms of faith and all good things about humans. Makes sense when it is seen as an old tactic, division, power over and more of our not so noble human traits. Who benefits from this? thttps://www.instagram.com/reel/DQMZ1J1CKeZ/?igsh=MTgycDdmY3FxdzdqMA==

A tree detour
Amongst some old ones in a little unlogged gully near Eaglehawk neck. Felt like we stepped into another time. Untamed, wild and before colonisation started spinning its web of destruction.
A walking detour
I had planned to walk to the waters edge but on a whim walked into the forest behind where i am staying. I felt like a trepid explorer finding tracks calling me upwards. Twas quite an unexpected adventure.

A garden detour.
Enjoying the stunning shades of colour in this patch of my garden. Thinking about running some creative well being weekly garden therapy group.
A Spiritual Detour: Today marks the significant occasion of the Lions Gate portal. While I am not a professional astrologer, I follow esteemed experts in this field and recommend exploring its importance personally. This year, it is followed by a full moon in Aquarius tomorrow. (For further insight, I suggest consulting Heather Ensworth and Pam Gregory) Each Lionsgate, I contribute to the educational support of a young Maori boy and receive a special meditation. Below is the link to this fundraising effort and access to the meditation.

A Travel and Art detour
A magical mystery detour in Melbourne
A delightful day discovering a park on The Yarra flats where I could bask in the sun and meet with the dogs enjoying their special time of play. Onto a Sri Lankan restaurant to experience a hopper bowl and then another walk discovering street art and train restaurants in the sky. I never knew these places existed. To top it all off 2 hours of spa therapy, saunas, hummans and cold plunge pool.
How I am loving being a tourist in my own city with the company of a friend.
