For participants living with pressure injuries—or at risk of developing them—good care is built into the everyday routine.

Our support workers assist with:
* Regular repositioning and mobility support
* Personal hygiene and skin-care routines
* Fresh bedding and a clean, comfortable environment
* Observing changes and reporting concerns
* Encouraging hydration, nutrition and healthy daily routines
