We agree 🥑 It’s all about the dressing.

Salad doesn’t have to be boring. Just ask Richa.

Add a cup of our Tri-Colour Quinoa for an instant plant protein hit.

Large handful of fresh coriander or parsley (or a mix of both)
1 small jalapeño
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
Salt and cracked black pepper, to taste

Ever wonder WTF is steel cut oats? 🤠 This Aussie dairy farmer gives his honest feedback.

And mate, they aren’t ballbearings that you feed to your birds 😉

Just soak and cook them for a little bit longer for a hearty, nutty, creamy flavour.
