Simple words, but they mean a lot to us. 💙
A bathroom layout is about more than where things fit. It's about creating a space that feels comfortable, works for your daily routine, and is easy to use every day.
When a client is happy with the layout, we know we've created a design that truly suits their needs.

Single storey homes continue to be a favourite on the Sunshine Coast, and it’s easy to see why.
They’re practical, easy to live in, and perfect for creating a relaxed coastal lifestyle.
This design is a great example of how simple choices can make a home feel modern, welcoming, and timeless.
Here are a few ideas to consider for your own home:
✅ Large windows for more natural light
✅ Open-plan living for better flow
✅ Low-maintenance landscaping
✅ Light colours and natural textures for a coastal feel
✅ A clean, balanced façade for strong street appeal

Behind every great build is a solid plan. 🏡
Strong homes don’t start on-site. They start with careful planning, smart design, and clear documentation.
We help turn ideas into build-ready plans that give builders and homeowners confidence before construction even begins.
Because when the planning is done right, the whole process runs smoother from start to finish.
Thinking about your next project? Let’s create a strong foundation together.
See your home before it’s built. 🏡
One of the biggest challenges when building is trying to picture how everything will come together from a floor plan alone.
That’s where 3D visualisation makes a difference.
It helps you clearly see your future home, understand the spaces better, and feel more confident with design decisions before construction even begins!
From layout flow to finishes and overall feel, 3D visuals give you a clearer picture of what your home could look like, helping reduce challenges later on.
At The Drafting Shed, we believe good design should be easy to understand and exciting to experience!

✨ Feedback like this makes what we do so rewarding.
We recently received this lovely feedback from a builder client after presenting concept plans for their project.
From the first ideas through to concept planning, we aim to create spaces that not only look great but also suit the way people live.
We’re excited to continue bringing this project to life and grateful to work alongside amazing builders and homeowners throughout the journey. 🏡
