A LITTLE EXTRA TIME FOR A VERY GOOD BEER.
Our Slow Pour Pils is all about doing stuff properly. Decoction mashed with Pilsner and Vienna malts for a crisp, golden base, then hopped with Perle and Czech Saaz for a little spice and floral character.
Served the way it deserves, with a three-minute slow pour that builds a thick, creamy head and softens every sip.
No rushing this one. See you at the bar! 🍺

For one day only, we’re serving up German pork knuckle with FOUND. Dark L***r gravy, potato salad, sauerkraut, apple garden salad & b**r mustard sauce.
Or, if a Schnitty is more your thing, we’ve got Stirling Ranges veal schnitzel w/ German potato salad, sauerkraut and your choice of peppercorn sauce or gravy.
Both best enjoyed with a cold Gefunden, our special Oktoberfest brew pouring fresh from the taps tomorrow!
