💜 Today is Purple Day, a time to raise awareness, challenge stigma, and stand in support of people living with epilepsy. By sharing knowledge and fostering understanding, we can help build a more inclusive and supportive community for everyone affected.

🧡 World Down Syndrome Day, observed on 21 March, is a global awareness day officially recognised by the United Nations since 2012.

🧡 The Community Care team is seeking a dedicated individual with a person-centred approach to monitor and manage client rosters, ensuring that continuity of care and client satisfaction are the priorities. You must be an individual with a proven background in disability and a solid understanding of the role of support workers and the needs of high-complexity clients.

💙 Skills & Experience Required:
✅ Current DHS Disability Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Check
✅ Valid Unrestricted Driver's Licence
✅ Strong computer skills
✅ Clear communication skills
✅ Experience with Humanforce and rostering is highly regarded
