When you have a lack of safety and trust within yourself and your body
You will be seeking trust outside of yourself putting faith and trust, in others when what really needs to happen is for you to develop trust and safely within YOU ❤️ to trust in your choices, your actions, your beliefs, the purpose of YOUR life ✨
