At Elements Fitness we offer evidence based fitness and self defence in a fun and friendly environment. We employ cutting edge training methods developed from established research, new information and our own hard won experience. We teach a variety of martial arts including Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Boxing and Wrestling and offer a range of fitness services from group fitness to personal training. We cater to clients of all types; we train the hobbyists, we train the athletes and we train the professionals. Don’t forget the Levi Jones-Leary BJJ seminar is this Saturday October 24, 11am to 1pm.
As a result we are running an adjusted timetable. Judo, Wrestling, Mat Fit, and Striking classes are on as normal but all regularly scheduled Jiu Jitsu classes are canceled.
Back to normal from Sunday.
