This old outdated alfresco had run its race. The outdoor tiles coupled with a chipboard substrate was a receipt for disaster with water ingress.

Over time the subfloor had succumbed to the elements severe rot had set in.

This quality brand new structure will last the test of time and this family now has a brand new outdoor merbau decking area ready for entertaining all year round. 🔨

Before and afters of one of our most recent renovations in Bentleigh East.

Clean finishes, open plan living, free flowing spaces. Along with a brand new kitchen and living area, this family home has had the ultimate facelift and is ready for new memories to be created. 🏠

East Brighton deck transformation.

We just love what we do. A great little project like this doesn’t even feel like a job.

New 140x45 H3 treated pine sub floor, 140x19 merbau decking for the finish product. We also painted the entire structure with bitumen paint increasing sustainability and longevity.

Whether it be a private job for a client, a carpentry package for a builder or a love job for a family member, we will always go that little bit further for whoever we work for - it’s the Hand Built way. 🔨
