8yo client working on balance for fun in the playground. This is their challenge for this morning's session.
The are lost of Balance Island and need to make it across the room to safety!

These custom boxes are one of our most used items in the clinic. The variable heights and connecters let us replicate the height of stairs, chairs, toilets, couchs, coffee or dining tables and so much more. You can sit on them, or at them; stand and step, or jump off them; reach to them; go around them; block things with them, throw or kick things at them and the list goes on!

This client has a lot of near misses at home moving from their kitchen to the dining table to sit down. We have been breaking the task down and working on simple statergies to make the task safer and more effective. As you can hear "it makes so much difference!"

This is what the clinic looks like over the weekend sometimes!! Good thing we had it all cleaned up by Monday morning 😅
