Hi everyone 😊 We just want to give a little clarity on why we've been closed a lot as of late.

Alex has been experiencing some health problems that severely impacted his ability to work while he's been so sick. He's currently in the hospital, it's nothing life threatening, but he's receiving treatment and will be better soon.

Alex won't be able to work for awhile as he recovers and has a rest, but we have a wonderful friend who is stepping in as our chef for the next little while, and we will be back open with full kitchen tomorrow at 8am.

We just want to apologise to everyone who has shown up to support us, and we are extremely sorry that we haven't been open. But we also want to thank everyone who has come in (or tried to) during our limited opening hours over the past few months. We hate to disappoint anyone, but we are getting back on track.

Thank you for your support of our little family business over the past 4 years, the hills community is truly amazing and such a wonderful place to live and work ❤️

I will post our opening hours each day on our Facebook and Instagram pages, as some weekdays we may be open a little later than usual (due to me trying to get our son to the cafe with me).

Hey legends, Alex from Little Hendrix here. Just wanted to apologise to everyone that's tried to come in and support us, when we've been closed. Which has been a lot lately. I've been going through some health issues that I've been trying to work through, which has made being at work very difficult and sometimes impossible. I apologise for that. Tomorrow we will be back, doing normal hours. The financial stress of these closures has become quite stressful, which hasn't helped. At this moment I'd love to ask the community over the next few days, to support us if they can, as we have become very behind due to me not being able to work as much as I usually do.

The last time I asked the community for assistance was met with the most loving response, and I truly appreciate you all. It's difficult to be unable to cook for everyone all the time, but such is life. Wish I was superhuman, but I'm not.
