Today was the STRIDE 4 STROKE, The Cnr was so happy to be apart of it, less happy about the run but what an amazing day run by Dan and the team

Today we say adios to all round legend Char as she embarks on her lifelong dream of visiting Buckingham Palace while completing a stint in Europe,

We wish her all the best and safe travels and many thanks for hard over the last 2 years
