Lymph and Floor Physio is specialized in pelvic floor rehabilitation and lymphoedema management. Conditions we see include:
- constipation
- urinary or faecal leakage
- unable to defer urge to the toilet
- prolapse
- pre and post urogynaecological surgery
- pre and post prostatectomy
- assessment of risk of lymphoedema post breast surgery +/- lymph nodes removal
- arm lymphoed

High level core exercises… double leg lifts … ensure assessing each individual and show them with the particular exercise on real time ultrasound and teach them what the feeling is when they can engage pelvic floor and when they can’t. So they know when to stop on a day whey they feel fatigue. There is no specific reps as each day is different
It is important to learn different ways to convey same message across to different audiences who may learn things in different ways. It is our clinician’s jobs.
