This client came to md fed up with her skin, and we booked her in for a Welcome Discovery Facial so we could really understand her skin and what was going on.

During her consultation, she disclosed that she had a shellfish allergy, specifically a crustacean allergy. We discussed Bio Spicules Therapy, and she was very interested in trying it.

I explained that, although the spicules are 99% natural and highly purified, there is still that small possibility of a reaction you could be that 1%.

She was keen to go ahead, but I said, “We can test it, but if you have a reaction, there is absolutely no way I’m proceeding with the treatment.

Luckily, we did the patch test.

Guess what?

And she was that 1%.

Please remember, a patch test does not guarantee a reaction won’t occur. Sensitivities can develop at any time, even if you’ve previously had a lash lift without any issues.
