πŸͺ·πŸͺ· Exploring Calm πŸͺ·πŸͺ·

Today our Kindergarten children explored calmness. Providing children opportunities for calm significantly reduces stress and anxiety while enhancing emotional regulation and cognitive function.

By taking time to relax, children can process thoughts better, leading to improved memory, and stronger focus.
