In August, Ninti One hosted members of the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Flexible Aged Care Program (NATSIFACP) Regulation Support Hub team on Kaurna Country for a dedicated planning day. This day focused on answering one key question: How can we provide even better support to NATSIFACP service providers?
Drawing on what the team have heard through site visits, change readiness yarns, webinars and direct enquiries, they reflected on where providers are currently at, the challenges they are experiencing, and what support may be most useful over the coming months.
The day generated a range of ideas for future webinars, practical resources and more targeted ways of working with individual services. Most importantly, our planning continues to be shaped by what providers tell us they need.

Earlier this week, on National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children's Day, we celebrated the strength, resilience and potential of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children.
Across the Stronger Communities for Children program, communities are leading initiatives that help children grow strong in culture, language, identity and belonging. From learning on Country and language revitalisation to family programs, youth leadership and community planning, every initiative reflects local knowledge and local priorities.
When communities lead, children thrive.
