FURNITURE REMOVALIST TRUCK DRIVER CASUAL POSITION AVAILABLE

We are looking for a reliable, experienced and physically fit Furniture Removalist Truck Driver to join our team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Safely operate a furniture removal truck
Load and unload furniture and household goods
Carefully wrap, protect and secure furniture for transport
Carry and move furniture safely
Work efficiently as part of a removalist team
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Complete Removal jobs to a high standard
Maintain the truck and equipment in a clean and safe condition
Follow workplace health and safety procedures

ABOUT YOU
An experienced furniture Removalist with at least 2 years driving experience HR/MR licence
Reliable, punctual and well presented
Physically fit and comfortable lifting heavy things
Careful with customers furniture and belongings
Friendly and professional with customers
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Safety conscious
Flexible with working hours
Be eligible to obtain a working with children’s clearance
Hold a current forklift licence, desired but not essential

Must have experience with MYOB, BAS, super, work cover and bank reconciliations along with doing the pays and accounts payable and receivable…the right person for the job would also be a bit of an all rounder answering phones and basic sales.
