TATE Agency

Mindful Women’s Circle thank you the invite & for this wonderful evening full of slowing down, connections & insights.

the best brief we ever received was a feeling.

Kristina knew what her brand needed to be — she just needed someone to hear it clearly enough to build it.

that’s the work.
let’s TÀTE!

before you hand anything over to the tools, get clear on what you’re actually building.

the stage.
the offer.
the position.
the delivery.

because a strong foundation+ ai?
that’s a clear system.

a messy foundation + ai?
that’s just a faster way to the wrong place.

let’s TÀTE!

we’re opening one intern spot this summer.
the role is growth & ops — which means you’ll be inside the actual work. not watching it.

business development, automation, outreach infrastructure, personal brand projects. tools you’ll use daily: notion, llms, claude code, and other supporting tools.
vienna-based, minimum 3 months.

what you leave with: systems and products you actually built. hands-on experience in brand strategy, business development, and growth ops. access to our network, studio space at IMAGINE, events, and workshops.

we’re not looking specifically for a CV. we’re looking for evidence of how you think.
send us something you built, a problem you solved, or a system you designed.

link in bio or DM directly.

there is so much happening all at once, here are 3 things we noticed, that are worth noting.

ai, human connection, decision fatigue. they’re all asking the same question: do you know what you stand for before you add more?

that’s where we can help.
let’s TÀTE!

what would happen to your brand if you disappeared for a month?

most founders don’t want to answer that, because they know it would fall apart.

and if that is the case, you aren’t running a business, the business is running you (over) and you have a very expensive 24/7 job.

the brand character was never written down.
the sops were never handed off.
the clients came because of you — not because of what you built.

swipe through to see exactly what that costs.
and what it looks like when you fix it.

if you’re the one holding everything together —
let’s TÀTE!

we’re opening summer spots for collaboration.
brand strategy.
brand identity.
launch architecture.
positioning work that gives your business a real foundation.

we bring the thinking, the direction, and the system. you bring the vision worth building.

interested? dm us or drop a note via the link in bio.
let’s talk!

most founders come to a first call ready to explain their business. we’re not there to hear the pitch.

we’re there to find what’s underneath it — the part they haven’t fully named yet, the tension between what they’re building and how it’s landing, the thing that keeps them from moving with confidence.
that’s the real starting point.

not deliverables. not timelines. not budget.
just: what do you actually need and does TÀTE have the right answer for it?

swipe through to see exactly what that call looks like.

if something resonates, apply via the link in bio.
let’s TÀTE!

so, i moved to portugal.

and this is your sign to stop waiting for the right moment to build the thing you actually want. but you have to choose and believe in it like a crazy person, otherwise the doubt and opinions of others will stop you halfway.

what do you want? from the gut feeling, from your heart, from your inner child telling you?

for me, i am still on it. but i know what it is and why.

i want my own balance of a rich life.
without sacrificing things that matter to me, and sacrificing everything else relentlessly.
