Last Friday, we gave summer the send-off it deserved! ☀️👋

At our site in Mäder, colleagues came together for an evening full of good food, cool drinks and great vibes. Highlights included burgers from Herberts Dorfmetzg, ice cream from Linda's Icecream and live music by Helboks. 🍔🍦🎶

⚙️ Another Motion Air joins the AG family

At Zenker Zahntechnik in Dortmund, a new Motion Air is replacing a Mikro 4x and joining an already well-equipped AG family.

The lab is now home to 3× Motion 2 DNA, 1× Matik, 1× Matron and 1× Motion Air — so the new addition is in very good company.

🧭 Value-Based Leadership – what guides and unites us

The first and most important task of any manager is to continuously reflect on the daily challenges of being a "leader".
With this in mind, Amann Girrbach in Mäder has launched a leadership nugget series. In small, digestible bites, so-called "nuggets", key leadership topics are reflected on and worked through collaboratively in 90-minute sessions.

💡 The kick-off: Value-Based Leadership
The first nugget was titled "Value-Based Leadership – what guides and unites us".
Shared values and a common understanding of leadership act like a "North Star", pointing the way for successful action by those in positions of responsibility within a company.

🤝 What's next?
Following this successful start, the upcoming sessions will focus on how value-based leadership can be put into practice in everyday work, so that it comes to life and becomes visible and tangible for all employees.

⚙️ Matron Core successfully installed

Rosemarie Reinartz-Moller and her son Maximilian Moller from RM Dental Lab in Herne have successfully installed their new Matron Core.

The Matron supports a Mikro 5x and is now ready to become part of their daily workflow.

🦷 Course Recap: Characterization of Zirconia with Zolid Naturals
Two days, three stages of age, one new perspective on dental aesthetics.

During the intensive three-stage workshop with Shahab Esfarjani, participants went beyond simply following a protocol — exploring how experience, material knowledge and precise characterization come together to recreate natural tooth appearance across different life stages. From youthful A1/B1 to mature A2/A3, and highly saturated, naturally aged A3.5/A4 and C shades.

Working with Zolid Naturals, participants explored infiltration techniques for authentic colour depth, carefully incorporating mamelons, attrition, cervical erosion and individual surface characteristics.

Reactions at the end of day 2 said it all:
💬 “This doesn’t look artificial — it looks real.”
💬 “An older patient wouldn’t even recognize it as a restoration.”

Because great dental aesthetics isn’t just about mastering a technique — it’s about learning to see.
