Each Wednesday night the umu feast, prepared and wrapped in banana leaves, is laid over hand-selected rocks and coconut husks and is the only one of itʻs kind served on the Island of Tutuila. Reservations recommended. We dine in the traditional Samoan way -- on hand-woven palm plates. Lunch and dinner is served Tuesday - Sunday beginning at Noon, reservations also recommended. Tisa's design priority was to maintain the ocean view to witness dolphins swimming at high tide off the reef a few hundred yards away. "When I look up to serve a beer to a customer", Tisa related, "my eyes automatically fall into position where dolphins come into view. They are magnificent mammals that never fail to carry my imagination away with them."
