As a Klaod Customer Service Representative (CSR), you’re patient, empathetic, and love to talk with people. You’re able to put yourself in the customers’ shoes and advocate for them. You’re genuinely curious about how to solve problems once and for all. You’ll need to gather invaluable feedback from our customers by troubleshooting and investigating.

Success as a CSR at Klaod will be measured by the following:

-Care for customers in accordance with Klaod's standards of quality:
1. Accuracy- always give only correct information and follow established processes.
2. Connection- emotionally connect the customer with our client’s brand.
3. Ease- provide a one-contact resolution to meet the customer's needs
- Work closely with customers via inbound calls to provide solutions to routine inquiries about accounts, services/products
- Handle incoming calls, chats, text messages and emails within the standards of quality
- Identify, assess, and meet the customers’ needs
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information and properly document each interaction
- Follow documented communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and build rapport with the brand
- Live our Core Values (Customer First, Personal Accountability, Humble Courage, Hungry, and Happy and Healthy)
- Show up for assigned shifts and follow scheduled lunches and breaks (100% attendance)

Before applying, make sure you meet the following requirements:
- Customer First orientation
- The ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters
- The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Track record of over-achieving quotas and goals
- High school diploma
- An intense passion for creating exceptional experiences
- Experience de-escalating customers
- Effective keyboarding skills and computer knowledge demonstrated by a 25-wpm typing test with minimal errors
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills in English
- Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills
- 18 years or older
- The ability to pass a background and non-THC drug test
- The ability to work any shift within the hours of 3am- 2:30pm SST,
Monday- Friday; and Saturday from 4am- 2pm SST. This includes US holidays.
