Slow Flow Yoga with Lyn will be back on the 23rd of July and pilates will only be on Tuesdays until further notice! Karate will be back after the summer break! Don't forget our Carnival promotion! As a really early heads up, for the first time in 8 years (outside of that crazy COVID period) we will be closing our doors for just a long weekend sometime over Summer to do a full re paint / maintenance session. We will give plenty of warning and no it won’t fall just before Carnival 😉.
