بموجب تعديلات 2025 على قانون الشركات التجارية، أصبح بإمكان الشركات نقل قيدها بين الجهات المختصة والمناطق الحرة مع الحفاظ على شخصيتها الاعتبارية واستمرارية أعمالها دون الحاجة إلى التصفية أو إعادة التأسيس.

كما تؤكد المحاكم على أهمية الصياغة الدقيقة لبنود العقود، لأن الكثير من النزاعات تنشأ بسبب الغموض في النصوص التعاقدية أكثر من الحدث نفسه.
