Meet Smoothie 🧡
Hit by a car.
Survived parvo virus.
Tail amputation.
Three legs.
And somehow… he's still one of the sweetest playful souls you’ll ever meet.
Smoothie is a little fighter with a huge heart. He has adapted beautifully to life as a tripod cat and doesn’t let his past define him. He’s affectionate, resilient, and ready for the one thing he’s never truly had — a loving forever home.
If you’re interested in adopting Smoothie or sharing his story to help him find a home, please send a message.

Oman Pet Travel - some important Information.
18/03/2026
Travelling to Oman with your pet? Swipe for the complete, verified checklist.
We’ve been receiving a lot of questions from pet owners about crossing the Oman border — and we’ve seen some incomplete information circulating on social media. So we checked every requirement against official Omani government sources to give you the facts.
Here’s what you actually need:
• ISO-compliant microchip (15-digit, registered)
• Rabies vaccination (30 days – 12 months old at entry)
• Core vaccinations: DHPPi + Lepto (dogs), TriCat (cats)
• Rabies titre test (RNATT/FAVN) — this is the step most people miss
• Oman veterinary import permit (applied for in advance)
• MOCCAE government health certificate (within 5 days of travel)
Important: these are largely longstanding Oman requirements, not new rules. And if you’re planning to travel onward from Oman to another country, be aware this can add 3–4 months to your pet’s journey.
Please don’t attempt the border crossing without proper documentation. Pets have been abandoned at the border by owners who arrived unprepared. Your pet is family — plan ahead.
We handle microchipping, vaccinations, rabies titre testing, and MOCCAE health certificates for pet travel.
We’re currently at capacity with confirmed pet travel cases and unable to take on new transport cases until after 22 March. As travel plans often change during this period, we kindly ask that clients contact us again after the Eid holiday so that we can assist based on your current situation and requirements. Enquiries received before that date will not be individually reviewed.
For pet transport and export enquiries (after Eid): [email protected] or [email protected]
For urgent veterinary matters unrelated to transport, contact us directly — Marina Village 02 665 0085 or Khalifa City 02 550 4111.

Pet travel - update.
Due to the current situation our pet transport department is experiencing a high volume of enquiries. Our responses, therefore, may be delayed during this time.
We understand that many people are anxious and eager to solidify their pets travel plans back to their country of choice and we thank you for your understanding and patience as we try to help everyone to the best of our ability.
Currently the UAE Ministry veterinary services are operating on an emergency-only basis. As a result, travel documentation processing will resume fully once airspace operations return to normal.
If you have a flight arrangement already in place with confirmation, please send us the below listed documents. We will review and get back to you as soon as we can.
1) Passport copy of the owner
2) Vaccine booklet - all pages - clear scan. (no photos)
3) Address
4) Flight info - date, airport of departure, airport of arrival
5) Emirates Id number or email address linked to their UAE Pass
For general questions regarding country specific rules and regulations please email us at:
[email protected] or [email protected] and allow 2-3 business days for a reply. We are not currently taking calls or WhatsApp regarding new transport queries.

DON’T PANIC ABOUT PET REGISTRATION ...
We understand there have been many questions and concerns following recent media coverage regarding mandatory pet registration in Abu Dhabi. Based on the most recent information we have obtained so far, our immediate advice is to stay calm; despite media claims, there is no requirement to visit urgently. The current recommendation is to manage your pet's registration during your next routine visit—ideally within the next six months.
🐾 Key Details:
* Registration is free during a regular consultation or examination.
* A licensed veterinarian must verify health, vaccination, and microchip details on the official portal.
* If your pet is currently unwell, we will defer registration until they have recovered.
* The official Abu Dhabi Government contact number for more information is 800 555
We will post more information as it's received.
