1. الأشخاص المقيمون (Resident Persons)
* الأشخاص الاعتباريون المقيمون (Resident Juridical Persons)
* الشركات المؤسسة أو المنشأة في الدولة.
* الشركات الأجنبية التي تتم إدارتها والتحكم فيها بشكل فعّال داخل الدولة.
